How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, you can call our salon during business hours at 860-657-4866 for an immediate booking. Prefer the web? We offer online booking through our CONTACT US page; just fill out the consultation and request form and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. Like emailing? Receive a same-day response during business hours when you reach out to Labellasalon1@gmail.com. Or, if you prefer Instagram, you can slide into our DMs: @nailsatlabella (nails) and @labellasalonstyles (hair).

Can I bring my kids?
We’re like family, so your kiddos are invited to join you during your service any time.

What products should I use between appointments?
We carefully curate—and stand behind—the products we carry to offer you the best styling, nail and lash experience while you’re between salon appointments. This edited selection includes gold-standard brands like Goldwell, KMS, DevaCurl, Keratin Complex, R+Co, and Varis blow dryers and brushes. To make sure you feel confident between visits, our pros will discuss at-home maintenance with you and answer any product questions you have. Please note: We cannot guarantee the longevity of your hair color if you use products not recommended by a LaBella Salon stylist.

What is your product return policy?
We stand behind all of our products—and believe that you should be satisfied with them, too. Should you find fault with a product, we will fully refund you when you return the product more than half full. We do not accept returns on products less than half full.

What is your payment policy?
At LaBella Salon your satisfaction and salon experience are important to us. To ensure no surprises on your bill, your beauty pro will always discuss the cost of your service before he/she begins the service. Payment is to be paid in full at the time of service.
Payment: LaBella Salon gladly accepts cash, personal checks, most credit cards (no American Express), and the Venmo app. Again, we do not accept American Express.
Gratuity: We accept cash, checks or Venmo. We cannot add tips to credit cards—no exceptions.
Deposits: Some of our services require deposits. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment.

Hair Color Deposit: A deposit of $50 is required on our first-time hair color appointments.

Deva Curl Deposit: A $50 deposit is required for our first-time Deva Curl appointments.
​
Kertain Deposit: A $50 deposit is required for our first-time Keratin appointments.
​
Extensions Deposit: A $50 deposit for hair is required after consultation to secure hair for the appointment.
Bridal Deposit: A $75 non-refundable deposit for hair is required to hold the date. A $75 non-refundable deposit for makeup is required to hold the date. Your date will not be reserved until we receive the deposit. Note: We do not require a contract because we don’t want you to feel tied to us if something were to happen.
In the event of a cancellation for any of these appointment blocks, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full refund on your deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?
LaBella Salon has a strict cancellation policy in order to protect both our beauty pros and our guests. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 48-hour notice.

We have your back: We send a 48-hour SMS appointment reminder so you have time to let us know of any appointment changes.
​
Late arrivals: A late arrival beyond 10 minutes (for hair and makeup) and 5 minutes (for nails) could mean your full service may not be guaranteed, or that you may need to wait. We will do our best to accommodate you, but nobody wants a rushed service; you may be asked to reschedule.
Sickness/emergencies: We understand that people get sick and/or emergencies occur. Please let us know as soon as is reasonable, and we will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions.

What is your refund policy?
LaBella Salon always strives for customer satisfaction; it’s the basis of our business. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we’ll exhaust all available resources to correct an issue. We do not, however, issue refunds on services.
Hair: Within the first week after your service date, we will schedule you for a color correction or cut correction at no additional cost.
Nails: If you break a nail or a nail cracks within two days of your service, we will fix the issue free of cost.

What are your bridal policies?
We want your special day to be as special as you. As such, we have put in place some guidelines that will help everything move as smoothly as possible for your big day

Deposits/Reserving Date: In order to reserve a date, you must put down a $75 deposit. Your date will not be reserved until we receive the deposit. Your deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the date.

Trials: Hair trials are priced at $75.
​
Travel Fees: We charge a travel fee based on the location of your event to be discussed at your consultation. If your event starts early or is more than three hours away, we require hotel accommodations the night before.
